Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
At TQEELA, customer satisfaction is our priority .We want you to love your new footwear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items.
- Custom or personalised footwear.
- Gift cards.
How to Return:

We’ll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
Ship the items back using a track-able shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item within 2 days of delivery, subject to availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Items must be unworn and free from signs of wear or damage.
- Any discrepancies may result in a partial refund or denial.
- Damaged or Defective Items- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 2 days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
